Integrations
Section titled “Integrations”LIVOI connects external communication services through standardized interfaces. Isolated, stateless adapters exchange messages in both directions between each service, such as the WhatsApp Business API, and the LIVOI core system.

Automate customer conversations, send notifications, and manage requests directly through LIVOI. Fully GDPR compliant with end-to-end encryption. Status: plug and play.
Microsoft Teams
Connect LIVOI to Microsoft Teams using the LIVOI Teams app to receive messages and notifications directly in Teams. Documentation is not yet available.
DATEV Unternehmen Online
Automatically transfer invoice data to DATEV Unternehmen Online and send electronic invoices directly from LIVOI. Status: coming soon.
